The holiday cottages provide character accommodation in a sought after location on Rosevine just 5 minutes walk to sandy Porthcurnick beach with the Hidden Hut cafe, and the breathtakingly beautiful South West Coast path taking you into Portscatho harbour village with the Boathouse cafe, pubs and shops. The famous sailing haunt of St. Mawes is just a short drive with a variety of activities, restaurants and boat trips to enjoy. Higher Rosevine Farm, in the heart of the Roseland Cornwall, provides two eco-friendly, beautifully presented self catering holiday cottages in an idyllic setting which means that they are the perfect location for a beach, walking, or countryside holiday. These Cornish cottages are a just a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach of Porthcurnick, and the South West Coast Path with access to many secluded coves. A walk across the beach takes you to the harbour village of Portscatho or a short drive into St. Mawes. The picturesque villages and beaches of the Roseland and the famous gardens of Cornwall are all within easy reach.

The best Cornwall can offer
Whether it be food and drink, sailing or scenery, these Roseland
Holiday Cottages are perfectly situated for them all. The Driftwood
Hotel and Rosevine Hotel are just a stroll away, and Portscatho with
the Plume of Feathers Pub and shops, is just a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes
by car. Between them they provide the best local food from pasties to
Lobster. St. Mawes, home to the Hotel Tresanton, and offering access
to the Fal estuary and its renowned sailing waters of the Carrick Roads
is just a 10 minute drive away.Please note we do not take pets and smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

We are low impact self catering holiday development and are therefore
water and energy wise. All our facilities have been designed with this
purpose in mind and we hope that you will appreciate our efforts to

Wreckers Barn
A two-storey stone-built Cornish barn sleeping 4.One double and one twin bedroom. Underfloor central heating, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with WC and shower.
With a lot of publicity about fraudulent holiday bookings, we are subscribing
to the Verified Owners scheme, in order to give you confidence when
booking our property.
We are still 4 Star as nothing has changed but are now 'self-certified'.
Rating
We have been 4 star Visit England rated in both our holiday cottages
since first being rated in 2010, with our marks improving for 2011 and 2012.
However for 2013 we have left the scheme as the cost had become
prohibitive and the benefits negligible for a small business such as
ours. We now use 'Quality
in Cornwall' for the inspection. They do not give a 'Star'
rating, just confirm our accommodation meets their exacting standards. We are still 4 Star as nothing has changed but are now 'self-certified'.
